Now Hiring Baristas $11.31 an hour w/ tips in Loveland, Colorado

The Coffee Tree at 210 E 4th St in downtown Loveland is now hiring baristas for full time (30 + hrs a week). Must be available to work weekends. Shifts are mornings and evenings but flexibility is great. Come work for a local independent shop!
We are looking for friendly self-starters who want to serve, build new relationships in the community and with coworkers, and keep focused on the job while keeping work fun!

Perks include (but are not limited to): Cash tips (Tips increase wage by $3 an hour.), discounted coffee & food. We take care of our staff and give raises according to work performance.
Compensation: Starts at $8.31 ($11.31 an hour w/ tips) with raises as performance improves. Cash tips begin after 1st 5 days of training.
